Flocab, Year in Rap. It’s been a crazy year, right? Lot of ups, lot of downs, a whole lot of change. But life goes on, so let’s take a second to look back.

But Obama won when they polled the whole nation.
It wouldn’t mean a thing if he didn’t win the swing
States but he did, that’s Obama for the win.
Plus he gave more rights to young immigrants,
And he stated support for same sex marriages.
The Supreme Court upheld Obamacare,
Even Justice Roberts didn’t want it out of here.
Marijuana’s legal in a couple states,
Facebook stock fell on its face.
Tragedy makes it hard to stay calm,
Some put their hoodies up for Trayvon.
Let’s not forget the gun violence in Aurora,
Or the Sikh temple, I can’t believe the horror.
Pop culture lost star power too, son,
From Dick Clark to Whitney Houston.
Plus Neil Armstrong – dead and gone,
But don’t confuse him with Lance Armstrong,
Stripped of his Tour de France titles for doping,
Sandusky scandal came into the open.
NY, SF Giants like Andre,
And the Heat got a ring for Lebron James.
Usain Bolt on the track that he scorched,
London lit up the Olympic torch.
Hunger Games, Twilight smashed of course,
Gangnam Style we rode an invisible horse.
Yeah, let’s take it overseas to the Middle East,
Where we seen new regimes but the beef doesn’t cease.
First ever elections in Egypt and Libya,
They’ve got democracy, I’m not kidding ya.
But Syria’s a civil war scene,
I hope we’ll see peace in 2013.
Militants attacked in Benghazi,
Now the US Ambassador is RIP.
But the Taliban couldn’t stop Malala Just 15, she’s a leader and a scholar.
Now Palestine is a recognized state,
Arctic ice is melting at a record rate.
Plus the drought was worst in a century,
And Sandy was the Northeast’s enemy.
Another rover on Mars, no lie,
We saw a space shuttle catch a piggyback ride.
We saw a dude jump out of space,
Look at that – say that you’re not amazed.
We live in times that the Mayans couldn’t dream,
Year in Rap, you’re in 2013!
