CHRISTMAS

Now, everybody has got their marks and the first term is nearly over. Some of you haven't done very well, but there is still a lot of time to improve!! Work hard and practise as much as you can.
Christmas holidays will be a good time for both, enjoy and study. And to start preparing for Christmas, here is a video to learn a Christmas carol.

"Twas the Night Before Christmas"

This is one of the most traditional Christmas readings in English speaking countries and was written in 1882 by Clement C. Moore. It tells the story of Santa's arrival on Christmas Eve at a typical American house.

Christmas is coming !!!

Christmas is getting nearer. We can see Christmas decorations everywhere, in the streets, in our houses....; everything changes for some days. To start living the spirit of Christmas, watch this video. Remember that one of the best ways to improve your pronunciation is through practise, so here are the lyrics of the video for you to sing:

Once upon a time in a town like this,
a little girl made a great big wish.
Shake it up, shake up the happiness!
Wake it up, wake up the happiness!
C'mon ya'll, it's Christmas time!
I know you're out there,
I hear your reindeer
I see the snow where your boots have been.
HO-HO-HO
Shake it up, shake up the happiness!
Wake it up, wake up the happiness!
C'mon ya'll, it's Christmas time!
